Moulin Rouge Costume

  • Personal project: Costume inspired by the Moulin Rouge wind mill for a themed historical ball

  • The headpiece is my favourite part of this costume. It is made from wire and tape for the base and covered with velvet fabric and rhinestones.

  • The windmill on the bodice was hand sewn, and rhinestones were added by hand to tie in the headpiece.

  • All fabrics used are repurposed and secondhand.
